Reporting Results

All grant funding approved by the Auer Foundation is contingent upon the grantee entering into a written agreement specifying general and special conditions of the grant, including reporting results. The Foundation expects every grantee to measure and report results and to ensure the level of reporting is appropriate for the size and scope of the grant. The grantee’s ability to meet grant agreement conditions will affect future proposals.

All organizations receiving funding from the Auer Foundation must submit a report when your project/program is complete to confirm achievement of your intended purpose, to describe outcomes, and to account for the grant money received. Reports must be submitted along with your next concept letter. Any funds not expended for the purpose in which the grant is being made must be returned to us.
